Otherwise, could someone tell me why after setting the hardware up, inserting a DC6525 tape cartridge, and issuing the command "mt rewind" I get the output shown below? oliver# mt rewind st0(si0:4:0): illegal request, data = 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 15 00 00 00 0c 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 st0: cannot set selected mode May 25 17:14:35 oliver /netbsd: st0(si0:4:0): illegal request, data = 00 08 00 0 0 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 15 00 00 00 0c 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 oliver# May 25 17:14:35 oliver /netbsd: st0(si0:4:0): illegal request, data = 00 08 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 15 00 00 00 0c 00 00 0 0 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 May 25 17:14:36 oliver /netbsd: st0: cannot set selected mode May 25 17:14:36 oliver /netbsd: st0: cannot set selected mode I then issued the "mt status" command.
