I have a PR440FX intel motherboard with 2 200Mhz PPro's that is
currently running Linux. I have the FreeBSD 2.2.1 CD-rom and is
considering migrating to FreeBSD.

But I want to bee able to use both CPU's, and the only SMP kernels I
have found are the 3.0-current ones. Is there a patch to apply to 2.2.1
to get SMP support or is it possible to just upgrade the kernel to 3.x?
