HP does not provide support for this printer except for Win3.1/Win95. It's also the first printer in the DeskJet 800 series that doesn't use the PCL language. It has its own language called PPA (Printing Performance Architecture). I want it to work in FreeBSD, but I can't get it to work since ghostscript can talk PCL but not PPA. A solution would be a PPA2PCL program for UNIX. Has anyone heard of such a program or maybe found another solution to this problem? / Lars
