Get FreeBSD 2.2.1 or later and use ppp's -alias option to >provide NAT to the other WinXX boxes. Much easier, much more powerful. Does NAT allow one to do ethernet translation? E.g., I have a box with two ethernet adapters (ed0 and ed1). ed0 is connected to the internet and is only allowed to use one IP address. ed1 is connected to a local network with all local IP addresses (for instance, in the 10 A class range). Can the box to some conversion (linux can), so the users connected at ed1 can enter the internet using my box? Thanks, Rombout (rombout@mlc.nl).
