Having run into this dweeb before, I have found that the most effective and
useful solution is to put the line
/Masataka Ohta/h:j
into your global kill file. It's really too bad, because he does have a few
(not many, but a few) good things to say. He just says them in such a way as
to generate lots of heat and almost no light, using ad hominem attacks (kind of
"if I'm right, then you _must_ be completely full of shit, and of _course_ I'm
right") and using emotionally loaded terms.
By far the best solution is to simply ignore him. He will sulk for a while,
and then will take his toys and go home.
