The ATI card usually comes with a utility program to set up the card.
You can enable/disable the mouse interface and set the port and IRQ
number of the bus mouse port on the card with the utility program. I
think you can set the port number to 23c or 238, and choose an IRQ
number from 2, 3, 5 and 10. My ATI Graphics Ultra+ (ISA) offers that
many.
