First of all, your assigned mailbox/e-mail address at NEOSOFT.COM appears to
be "conrads@mailbox.neosoft.com". How do you GET your inbound e-mail now?

Second of all, you should be setting up your host with a valid host name.
If the IP address assigned to you via dynamic PPP has no DNS definition,
then perhaps you should talk to Ellyn (or whomever the DNS Admin is), and
find out how to get the proper hostname to configure your machine with.

Third of all, to use a "domain" e-mail address requires that the "domain"
mail server recognize the "domain" name in addition to the fully qualified
hostname. You will have to check with Ellyn or whomever the SMTP Admin is.
Otherwise, you could use "conrads@neosoft.com" and never get anything.

If the NEOSOFT.COM host runs an IMAP server, then the simplest thing to do
would be to use the assigned mailbox address (or "domain" address if the
mail server is set up for it), and let mail come to and get stored
in that mailbox. Then use a nice IMAP client like TkRAT to get and send
your e-mail. If they DON'T run an IMAP server, then perhaps you can ask
them to.
