I have an SB16 (not pnp) that works perfectly in Linsux and Winblows.
However I get device-not-configured errors in FreeBSD. Here is the
stuff relating to it from dmesg:

sb0 at 0x220 irq 5 drq 1 on isa
sb0: <SoundBlaster 16 4.5>
sbmidi0 at 0x330 on isa
 <SoundBlaster MPU-401>
sbxvi0 at 0x0 irq 5 drq 5 on isa
sbxvi0 not probed due to irq conflict with sb0 at 5

I get this logged every time I try to open the device, in addition
to the Device not configured error:

Jun 6 15:24:40 limbo /kernel: PCM device 0 not installed.

Any ideas?
