/usr/packages on ref.tfs.com is a good start.
(it is a link to (at the moment) /usr/src/other/public)
you should make a directory there called dc
and in that make a file called sc-6.21.src.tar.Z
and sc-6.21.bin.tar.Z which should contian the binaries
so people can get it without needing the resources to compile it.

you can make the binaries on ref if you wish
(guest has enough room for this)
