Well, you failed to describe what actually _is_ your problem.

The above just looks like a pretty normal debug output.  5 options are
about to be negotiated, of which the client doesn't understand three
(thus rejects them), doesn't like one, and agrees to one.  There's no
obvious reason from what you've been quoting for why it doesn't work
then.
