  Go to the worldnet support pages for non-WIndows operating systems.
 FreeBSD configuration instructions are online there.

  On a related note my configuration based on the above worked fine until 
 recently..now when I dial worldnet I get connected and immediately get
 shut  out. By running 'term' and dialing the modem number by hand and 
 then entering my account number I get right in no problems. Could AT&T
 haver changed their modem configuration? Nothing on this end changed. 
 With the term method I do not even enter my password..just the account
 number and boom they connect me. Methinks it's in the chat script..
 just been too busy to debug.
