Yes, there is such a thing (it's based on the Linux version, though
it's a complete rewrite) -- it can be found on ftp.giga.or.at in
/pub/nih/cdtools.tar.gz, and should work on a Philips CD writer.  It
hasn't been widely tested, though I use it regularly without problems.
