I've twice crashed or hung 386BSD by leaning on the keyboard, and I've got all 58 patches installed, except the WD networking card one. I'm running PCcons, though I'd rather use one that presented an 8859.1 character set. Another problem I'm having is that if I don't have anything plugged into my serial port when I come up, it sees it in the probe but later attempts to open it get ENXIO. If there was a device there on boot it works. Finally, an update to the BSD FAQ: "compat" library: The fix to allow building programs without -lcompat suggests putting #defines for sgtty in termios.h. Actually, the right place is sgtty.h. :-> -- Peter da Silva `-_-' Ferranti International Controls Corporation 'U` Sugar Land, TX 77487-5012 USA +1 713 274 5180 "Zure otsoa besarkatu al duzu gaur?"
