You have a very old port that's trying to get a beta version of
Netscape 3.  You should get the most recent port as
ftp.freebsd.org:/pub/FreeBSD/ports-2.2.2/www/netscape.tar.gz, delete
your old directory and untar the new one.  Then it should work fine.
