I've heard many good things about the NEC 5FG if one wants a 17 inch
monitor, but the MAG MX17F prices at a couple hundred dollars less!
Anyone out there with real life experience with MAG monitors, in general,
and the MAG 17", in particular?
Specs for both (as listed in the USA*FLEX advertisement in 1993 Feb
_Computer Shopper_):
MAG MX17F:
26mm dot pitch
120 MHz Max. bandwidth
68K Hz horizontal
120 Hz vertical scan frequencies
(??? comes with tilt and swivel base ???)
NEC 5FG:
28mm dot pitch
135 MHz Max. bandwidth
?? KHz horizontal
?? Hz vertical scan frequencies
(comes with tilt and swivel base)
