Is this a PCI machine?

It is interesting, in the readme file for Win95, it is specifically
mentioned that the EE16 will NOT work in a PCI machine with Win95. Since
having a bug in the software driver for Win95 would be most embarassing, I
can only conclude that it is impossible to write a Win95 driver that will
work with the EE16 in a PCI machine due to some hardware bug in the EE16
that can NOT be written around. This would of course be applicable to any
FreeBSD driver.

I've used these cards in 486/33's with ISA busses, and while they do work
fine if the network load is relatively light, under heavy load I've had
them stop transmitting, etc. I have seen the Device Timeout error message,
but only when the cable to the card was unplugged.
