I would love a terminal driver whose termcap entry is available
everywhere, however I tried PCVT once and I got a weird problem where
bold text shows up Reverse-Video-Red instead of bold and Reverse-Video
text shows up Reverse-Video-Blue. Is there a way to remedy this?
