Here he is. :-)

I don't wanna repeat my entire posting i did just a couple of days
ago.  Thus in short only: pcvt has only 8 colors available, and thus
no high-intensity colors.  That's why it emulates bold/reverse/
underline with colors.  This decision was necessary to support the
full set of characters a good VT220 emulation needs to provide.  (The
`bold' bit has been sacrified in favour of a 512-char character
generator, some rarely used feature by the EGA/VGA architecture.)
