You need to follow the instructions in the REAME file regarding the file XKeysymDB. If your distribution of Netscape does not have this then get the equiv. Linux dist and extract this file from there. XKeysymDB normally lives in /usr/lib/X11. There may be one there now but not up to the task. If so make sure you save it somewhere. The other problems are probably caused by the lack of this file also. Cheers pfb;
