Hi,

if you do not want to run X11, there's 'dt', afaik in version 1.5. It
comes with several keyboard maps (the German map is from me ;), so it
shouldn't be too difficult to hack up a Swedish map.

Unfortunately, the kernel console code is a q&d hack wrt. keyboard maps.
Feel free to work on loadable kbd tables...
