cvsup the CVS tree and then check out src from it, using cvs update to
merge our changes with your local ones after that.

The audio code has more or less been abandoned in FreeBSD (and it's
hardly any more active in any of the other BSDs or we'd just track
them).  Lack of general interest, it seems.
