hi,
I currently doing a project which need to use CLISP. I think gcl
should be a good choice for me. However, when I try to install the gcl
port under /usr/port/lang/gcl. I have an error saying:
%
% pwd
/usr/ports/lang/gcl
% ls
CVS files pkg
Makefile patches scripts
% make install
===> gcl-2.0 is marked as broken: Seems to depend on old version of tcl/tk.
%
...
I have install Tcl7.6 and tk4.1
But I feel that the error message doesn't really tell me the reason
why it stopped (you will know what I mean when you read the Makefile).
And, if I do a 'make -d A', I find out the following statement in the
output:
#
# No unmade children
# unmade
install :
@${IGNORECMD}
...
Because I am not quite sure how does the port work, but the above
statement doesn't seem correct for me. The variable {IGNORECMD}
doesn't look very good, isn't it. Is it suppose to do something
rather than just 'jgnore command' ??
!! Please help !!
wt :-P
