:- ... unfortunately, the 2nd CDROM has an empty /usr/src/ on it!

I wonder what the policy is on this.  It seems pretty random
whether on not this is on the disk.  2.2.1 had it, 2.2.2 doesn't.
I think 2.1.6 had it, but 2.1.7 didn't (I can't exactly remember
now.)

This is about the most important thing *I* use the 2nd CD for...
