Your IP address may be (probably is) dynamic, but your ISP's DEFAULT GATEWAY has a fixed IP address, which they should be able to provide to you. I've not done an FTP install, but from what I've seen in other posts Re: this topic recently, the HOST that is being asked for is the FTP site to which you're trying to connect.
