AFAIK the 6x86 133, 150 and 166+ reportef themselves just like '486' (using
the cpuid function) : this messed up OSes including Win95 and FreeBSD...
The trick is to let the 'cpu "I486_CPU"' in your config file.

I've no info about either the 6x86 cpuid 'compliance', nor if they'll benefit
or at least support the profiled libs... 

Someone must know - ie. ther just such a thread several weeks ago on the
'hardware' list about K6 perfs. May be you should crosspost you question 
to this list...
