I recently purchased FreeBSD from Walnut Creek CD-ROM.

When it arrived, for some reason, the CD set was missing.

Without any hassle, Walnut Creek sent a replacement set -- which arrived in 2
days.

That kind of service is hard to find in the commodity PC market.

I recommend them.
