Did you set the W95 box to point at the BSD box as it's gateway?
I'm not near a W95 box right now or I'd be able to tell you which
(stupid) screen to go to and check.  Hopefully, someone out there knows
that detail or you can go to one of the M$ networking ng's and ask
there.
