Date: 3 Jul 1997 12:17:54 GMT Lines: 10 Message-ID: <5pg59i$qa4$1@nntp2.ba.best.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: thrush.omix.com Xref: euryale.cc.adfa.oz.au comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.misc:43867 I've noticed that quite a few of the Makefiles in /usr/ports have the MASTER_SITES pointing to freefall.freebsd.org, which I find quite odd since freefall doesn't have an anon ftp login. Most of these do not have alternate sites listed which then requires the Makefile to be hand edited to point to the valid archives at there local freebsd mirror before make install will do anything useful... -- -Zenin zenin@best.com
