More cdrom IDE support, and finally providing the full lszrz package on
the cdrom, two big helps for me over 2.2.1, and beginners especially.

The ports collection still doesn't have source yet, it could be shoved
on one of the cds, I guess, if enough people ask for it.

Are cdrom disc changers supported?

My /etc/fstab entry for my first disk is:

/dev/wcd0c /cdrom cd9660	ro,noauto	0	0

What is the quick and dirty way to add the other two? /dev/wcd0ca, etc.?
