Why, because of disk space, or is it lack of cdrom support, etc.?
(Getting the 2.2.2 cdrom solved a couple problems I had with 2.2.1,
because of proprietary trash I have on my AST.)

ftp> open cdrom.com

and you'll find it fast, or is it that you have the cdrom but 
don't know how to set it up?  Me neither, and it's not any easier
with linux slackware either.
