I just downloaded the FreeBSD 2.2.2-RELEASE boot floppy, put it on disk, stuck it in the drive and rebooted the system. No matter whether I set up the hardware configuration or let FreeBSD probe for all the hardware, I get an error msg 'Cannot change boot to fd0c' and then 'panic: double fault' or something along those lines. What could this mean? The only change I made was to remove the SB16 sound card and Panasonic CD-ROM drive that was in the machine. 2.2.1 still runs fine. Any ideas? Thanks, Roger
