I have FreeBSD 2.2.1 installed, with US Robotics 56k sportster modem
configured as cuaa1 (com2, irq3).
Using cu -l /dev/cuaa1, I am able to connect to the modem and successfully
send AT commands, but there is not output.
There are no OK responses, and if I issue a read of the modem's
configuration (i.e. ATI4) I have to press the enter key to read each byte
into the console. This affects programs like ppp and dip as I can connect
to the ISP but the modem does not respond with it's input unless I am there
to interactively press the enter key a jillion times. Any ideas?
