Message-ID: <93015.193538BAB127@psuvm.psu.edu> From: bab <BAB127@psuvm.psu.edu> Date: Fri, 15 Jan 1993 19:35:38 EST Organization: Penn State University Lines: 17 First of all, thanks to: MCCRORY@uservx grossen@isc burgess@hrd769 tinguely@hookie vanepp@sfu vjlh@sunyit jimj@miller.cs.uwm.edu My problem is that I can't figure out how to make a swapfile. I have a 386DX-33 with a 120 Meg IDE drive so all the notes in the FAQ about recompiling the kernel for a second drive didn't seem to apply. I also got the 'kernel with second drive and second swap in it' via ftp from: f.ms.uky.edu in the directory second.drive.randy but since I don't have a second drive I didn't really think that this applied to me. Thanks in advance for any suggestions given! -Brett
