XFree86 3.3 is a new product.  FreeBSD 2.1.0 is an old product.  New and
old products frequently do not mix. :-)

In this case, I don't think that anyone has built a set of XFree86 3.3
binaries for FreeBSD 2.1.0 and I doubt that they're likely to do so
anytime soon, either.  If I were in your position, I'd build XFree86 3.3
from sources or I'd upgrade my FreeBSD.
