I just installed a new FBSDv.2.2.2 and I installed Apache from the ports
directory. When my machine boots, I get the following message...

Local package startup: httpd open: No such file or directory
Cannot open lock file.

If I try to startup httpd manully as root, it's the same message. The
httpd binary is located in /usr/local/sbin where it should be. the
/usr/local/etc/apache files and /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache.sh file all look
fine. Where is the lock file located and what do I need to do the fix
that. Also, what file/directory is httpd looking for and not finding?

Any ideas?
