I have no problems using that card. Just be sure that you have something
like that in your kernel config file:
ed*     at pcmcia? port 0x300 size 0x20 irq 10 slot ? # PCMCIA based ed cards
ep*     at pcmcia? port 0x300 size 0x10 irq 10 slot ? # PCMCIA based ep cards

one of those should work.
