Try the `cs' port (see http://www.freebsd.org/ports/devel.html).
It's *very* similar to cscope.  From the ANNOUNCE file that comes with it:

	This is release 0.3 of cs, a program which is similar to the
	commercial cscope(1).  cs indexes C sources and allows interactive
	queries using the generated index.
