Sorry, correctly administering a name server is nothing that can be
taught by a 20-line posting in Usenet.  Either you can figure it out
from the man page (which _is_ possible), or really better read a book
first in order to understand how DNS works.  There are too many
possible mistakes with too much possible harm that can be done
(assuming you're going to setup a DNS zone that is really connected to
the Internet).

I see you're using a .net account, so according to the Internet rules,
you're probably a provider.  Then, understanding DNS is something you
need to learn anyway.
