I used to be able to type tip cuaa1 and be connected to my modem...

I did a reinstall a day or two ago, set things up to pretty much the way 
I had them before, I have setup a dialup on the modem too, but now when I 
type tip cuaa1, a message comes back saying unknown host...

Any idea's why this might be so?
