Hi fellow FreeBSD lovers,

I'm having a small problem with lpd, as when it prints it tends to discard
lines starting on the second page, and every following page after that.
I don't know if anyone else has this problem. My printer is a Canon
BJ-200e. If anyone has a similar printer and no such problem, could you
kindly reveal your /etc/printcap and possibly the filter you are using to
counter this problem? Much thanks.
