I have a 2.1.7 machine running on a 3D 2000 4mb. Runs great. XF86Config was pretty straight forward. Just set the chipset to S3Virge, set your video ram, and everything else as probe (unless they changed things with the new XFree86.) I will be upgrading to 2.2.2 within the month after I get a new HD and a NIC for that machine. Trey
