If you've used emacs for mail and news previously, you might as well
continue to.  Otherwise, for mail, i would recommend using anything
except Pine.  For news, anything except nn and tin.  As far as a web
browser, i still use Netscape, because, unfortunately, there just
isn't a better replacement.
