MY only bitch about USL in NOT that they're sueing somebody. It's that USL is saying "You stole something from us and we're not telling what it is. Prove to us that you DIDN'T steel something. Oh, while your at it, give us ALL of YOU'RE intelectual property, customer list and anything else that will help us." The USL lawsuit is looked upon by many people that I know (Cray system engineer, system programers, college admin and others) as strictly a marketing ploy to bog BSDI down UNTIL USL gets there PC version of SVR4 out the door.
