Unplug Monitor and discard 8-)
Remove Frame Buffer card if possible
Leave keyborad plugged in
Boot system
Telent to system
Become root
Use "eeprom" command to configure serial output device
reboot.

Your milage may vary (e.g. check the manual) but I believe
you will want to use

"eeprom output-device=ttya"
eeprom
ttya-mode=<baud,data-bits(7,8),parity(o,e,m,s,n),stop(1,1.5,2),flow(-/s/h)>
to whit "eeprom ttya-mode=9600,8,n,1,s"
